Our Vision

As the School of Foreign Languages at Yeditepe Üniversitesi, our vision is to provide foreign language education at international standards and to empower our students to become global individuals equipped with strong communication skills that support their academic, professional, and cultural lives. Bringing together four preparatory programs - English, German, French, and Russian - and seven modern language options - English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, and Korean - offered to undergraduate and associate degree students, Yeditepe University School of Foreign Languages adopts a holistic structure. With a commitment to innovative teaching methods, digital learning technologies, and research-based pedagogy, we strive to become a model institution in our region and a respected, widely recognized language education center internationally. 

Our Mission

Yeditepe University School of Foreign Languages offers comprehensive, quality-assured programs grounded in principles of measurement and evaluation to equip students with the language competencies required across diverse academic disciplines and professional fields. Through our preparatory programs and modern language courses, we aim to cultivate individuals who demonstrate effective communication skills, strong intercultural awareness, and well-developed critical thinking and academic literacy. Guided by an institutional structure that fosters continuous professional development and promotes student-centered and inclusive learning environments, we are committed to contributing to our university’s vision of internationalization.
